Berkhamsted Football Club in the Cup
Through to the second round
Berkhamsted have been drawn away against the winner of St.Ives and Harpenden Town in the Second Qualifying Round, with the tie to be played on 14th September.
The Emirates FA Cup is the oldest national football competition in the world, first contested during the 1871-72 season. The competition is open to all clubs down to Level 9 of the English football league system, and consists of 12 randomly drawn rounds followed by the semi finals and final at Wembley Stadium. The current holders are Manchester United, who’ve won the competition 13 times.
